Mark has worked extensively in the media for over two decades and has an intimate knowledge of how it operates. He has hosted television sport, worked on national programs, called AFL games and hosted his own radio show.
Mark began his media career as a race caller at radio station 5DN in 1982 but quickly moved into television where he spent the next 14 years working as the key News Sports Presenter at the ABC, and as a reporter and SANFL commentator.
In 1996, Mark joined Network 10 as the station's No. 1 football reporter and was appointed News Sports Presenter a year later. As well, he was one of the original directors of the Media Training Centre, an organisation helping teach students how to forge a career in radio.
Mark's wealth of experience, professional approach and sense of humour make him one of Australia's most popular prime time presenters. Mark is married to Judith, has a daughter, Bridget, and cats, Sasha and Jessie.
