Crisis Management
The Crisis Management workshop will give you a detailed insight into how the media works during a crisis and help you prepare for a crisis when and if it hits your business.
Almost every day the media reports on a crisis of some kind.
And whether it is financial, health or a natural disaster, people are generally affected.
The bigger the crisis, the more coverage it’s likely to receive.
If a crisis is handled badly by an organization, it’s almost certain to face criticism from the public, shareholders, the media and the government. The damage can be catastrophic.
While it’s impossible to predict a crisis, it is important to determine in advance, how to deal with a major issue.
Organizations that are prepared, can often ride out a crisis, and along the way suffer minimal damage to their business, their reputations and people’s lives.
Don’t believe that because it’s difficult to predict a crisis, a crisis cant be planned for, or controlled.
Remember: “Be prepared.”
