Tense session

There's nothing relaxing about group media training sessions, and the person in this photo may ot be relaxed either, surrounded by reporters and cameramen. Often the participants become tense and embarrassed, during their training sessions as they perform infront of their peers. But it is all about getting everyone out of their comfort zone.
